Club Membership Information

Membership to the CCC of VT is open to anyone interested in off-road motorcycling, regardless of whether or not he/she currently owns an off-road motorcycle. Our ability as a club to deliver recreational opportunities and family riding areas is driven by membership and the participation of the members.

The club has enjoyed very strong growth in membership since our humble beginnings in 2006. In 2008 the CCCofVT achieved the 501 (c) 3 designation with the IRS (so your charitable donations are Tax Deductable!), opened up a riding area for families, participated in Green-up Day, supported a CCCofVT member in participation in the 2008 ISDE in Greece representing the USA, provided hundreds of seedlings for Arbor Day, gained a footing in Vermont’s recreational organizations (including the Vermont Trail and Greenways Council), published a quality newsletter, developed a content rich web site and whole bunch of other stuff.

Most importantly, and central to our mission, our members have enjoyed several dual sport rides each year, including a two day overnight in central Vermont each summer, and the camaraderie that only your riding buddies and quality saddle time can bring.

Our membership is seasonal and all memberships expire December 31. Dues are $30.00 (individuals) or $45.00 (family).

Your dues provide you with the right to:
• a single vote in all club elections,
• seek and hold any club office,
• sponsor a Family Membership, and
• access CCC of VT rides and functions.

The $45.00 annual Family dues includes one Active Membership (Voting), a Spouse and all immediate family members under the age of 18 residing at the same address. Family members are non-voting and may participate in all rides and activities. Please list names and ages of each family member.

All Funds collected through memberships will be used for the following purposes:
1. Establish an organization to communicate the needs and advantages of managed off-road motorcycle recreation in Vermont,
2. Publish and/or distribute our newsletter, safety and ethics information by email, web site and other means of communication to promote responsible off-highway motorcycle access,
3. Develop and implement initiatives with the Vermont Legislature and state agencies, the United States Forest Service, municipal land managers and individual property owners to build collaborative relationships to open up riding opportunities for our members,
4. Purchase, lease or otherwise secure and manage land to be opened to our members for off-road motorcycle recreation

Our Payment options

1. Scheduled Automatic Payments with credit card

This is a scheduled payment which requires a PayPal account. Once your application and initial payment is sent, the automatic payment schedule is stored in your PayPal account.

Once you select your choice (Standard or Family),you will be taken a PayPal site where you will be asked for payment details. After your payment is complete you will then be redirected back to the CCC of VT website for Membership signup. Unfortunately, you will be asked for some information twice, my apologies for this. Our website doesn’t not integrate 100% with PayPal.

Upon submission of your CCC of VT site registration your cccofvt.org website account will be created and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

The important detail is that you will have to go through two steps. Pay first with paypal, then create membership profile second. The second part asks you to accept our club weaver and also collects mailing and family details if needed.

If you ever decide you want to cancel your scheduled payments you will need to login to your PayPal account and follow these instructions.
